Rio may push for Oyu Tolgoi stake, Ivanhoe says
MELBOURNE - Global miner Rio Tinto May push for something new in ownership from the massive Oyu Tolgoi copper and gold mine in Mongolia, and that is two-thirds belonging to Canada's Ivanhoe Mines, the Canadian miner said within a US filing.

Iron ore may rise to $150 if China eases credit rules
New York: Iron ore May rise to $150 (Dh551) a metric tonne by March on expectations China's central bank will ease credit conditions and as labourers return to public works projects after the Chinese New Year, researcher Umetal.com said.

Silver May yet move toward $50 an ounce this year as investors continue to seek it and gold as safe havens, with industrial demand for silver also likely to remain constructive, said Philip Newman, research director of precious metals with Thomson Reuters GFMS.
