Magnetic Separation Line
Magnetic separation line for ferrous metal is used for upgrading ores. After this process, the value of final concentrated powder will be greatly improved.The line is available with Ferrous ore, Manganese,Chrome,etc.
Our basic process is crushing, grinding, sieving, magnetic separating and dewatering.Primary Crushing--Secondary Crushing--Sieving---Third Crushing---Grinding---Classifying---Lower Magnetic Separation---Strong Magnetic Separation---Filtering---Dryer---Concentrated ore.
The specific process is different according to ore, site and customers’ requirements.
Flotation Separation Line
This line is used for separating ferrous metals and non-metal materials such as coal fluorite and steatite,etc. It is applicable to Cu,Pb,Zn,Au,Al and so on.Feeding-Primary Crushing-Secondary Crushing-Further Grinding-Gravity Separating-Flotation Separation-Filter-Dryer-Concentrated Ore .
