Operating principle: Classifier, together with cyclone separator, dedus ting filter and radial fan, forms a syst em of classification. Under the lashing force of radial fan,& nbsp;feed materials are brought with uprising ;air stream into classifying cavity from feed inlet of classifier. Under strong centrifugal forces of high-spee d rotating turbo wheels, coarse and fine ;materials are separated. Coarse materials, together with some fine&nb sp;materials, lose speed after bumping against&nbs p;wall and fall to secondary draught. During strong washing of the secondary drought, coarse and fine materials are separa ted once again. Fine materials go up to classifying cav ity to be classified continuously, while coar se materials fall down to discharging outlet& nbsp;and let out. Performances and features (ITC series air-stream&n bsp;classifier) l Suitable for dry micro-products. l Coal dusts powder, construction materials, metallurgy, non-minerals and fire-proof materials.
