Operating Principle of Hydraulic Cone Crusher: 

Materials is crushed by two independent drive  transfer roller extrude in the 

opposite direction. The materials was bitten by the roll&nb sp;surface, and then be 

forced to pass the two roll,and receive  the power of extrusion,grinding and 

shearing,then begin to fracture after entering&nbs p;into the crushing chamber. 

The crushed particles throw to the bottom&nbs p;by the two roll in the direction 

of roller revolution's tangent. Usually,the feeding size is related with&nbs p;the

Working Principle:

The SZF vibrating screen drives the Vibrating Exciter to produce  ;the

Working Principle

The motor drives the rotor that fixed on  the main bearing to run quickly 

toward certain direction when the machine wor ks. The materials are fallen

into the throw-up disc and impacted by t he high speed strips of the throw-up dis c, and then strikes with the impact boar d under the effect of centrifug

al force.Because the impact board is bevel and th e gravitation, the materials 

are threw to the taper crushing room and  impacted by the high rotating up 

hammerhead. After gaining sufficient energy, the materia ls are thrown to the

 impact board again and action repeats. The materials strike with each other 

in the crushing room and then are down&n bsp;to the column-shape rotor room. 

Then crushed, pressed, and ground and action& nbsp;repeats. In this way, the 

materials go through up, middle, and down&nbs p;rotor crushing rooms and 

crushed, pressed, and ground by the hammers&n bsp;and the impact boards, and 

finally the materials are gradually crushed i nto needed sizes and come out.
